How to Order

Individual customers and Group Homes may place an order via the telephone to one of our friendly customer service representatives at (780) 421-4372 or toll free at 1-888-421-0488. In addition, individual customers or Group Homes may fax their orders to Classic Health at (780) 421-4507 or fill in the on-line order form below.

Facilities or Health Regions may place an order via fax at (780) 421-4507 or the online order form below. Please make sure your contact information, delivery address, billing address and the purchase order number is on the form.

Special Orders

If Classic Health does not carry a particular product and this product is not available in the city of Edmonton we will special order it for customers. 15% of the total retail price will be requested as a deposit on the order.

Delivery Options

Same Day

Same day Edmonton and area delivery is available on orders placed via telephone before 1pm.

Scheduled

Scheduled delivery is available when requested. Please tell us the date and time you would like your product delivered within the Edmonton area.

Outside Edmonton

Most orders are shipped via DHL Courier or Greyhound Bus. All orders placed before 1pm will be sent via DHL or Greyhound that day. Approximate delivery time is usually 1-3 days depending on the customers location. Shipping charges do not apply to Alberta Aids To Daily Living (AADL), Alberta Motor Vehicles (AMV), Workers Compensation Board (WCB), and Canadian Veterans Affairs (CVA) customers.

Emergency After Hours

Classic Health's normal business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. However, should an emergency arise after normal business hours we will do our best to provide you with your product or a temporary substitute (Edmonton and area clients only).
